  • GE dishwashers and refrigerators that are Energy Star certified.

Indoor Air Quality and Comfort

  • Homes will be tested for air leakage from the home’s shell and HVAC ducts.
  • Each home will include a housewrap that reduces air infiltration and acts as a drainage plain behind the brick or siding veneer.
  • Cabinets that are certified to meet the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers of America Environmental Stewardship Program.
  • Carpeting that is certified to meet the Carpet and Rug Institute’s Green Label Plus Program.
