Ruppert Homes, Inc., a locally owned homebuilder based in Perry Hall was founded in 1994 to meet the growing need for a company with “big builder” economies, but small builder service. Our size has enabled us to encourage and effectively manage the wide range of customizations we offer. Because of our unique company structure, we have been involved in a wide variety of residential projects, from custom single-family homes on client-owned lots to master planned communities as large as several hundred homes, such as the Village at Winters Run in Harford County, from suburban single family and town home communities to urban residential and mixed-use projects. Ruppert Homes, Inc. has built homes and completed communities in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll County and Harford County.

Ruppert Homes, Inc. has a commitment to quality and customer service. We have been a member of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and the Homebuilders Association of Maryland (HBAM) since 1997. We have won awards for Best Design and Value from the Home Builders Association of Maryland and we have been recognized for our performance in customer service with numerous awards from third party warranty companies.
