Canton Mills

Canton Mills - Located in the heart of Canton, Canton Mills was one of the first new home developments in the area in the 1990's. These 31 homes featured 3 finished levels, 2 car garages and roof top terraces.

The Village at Winters Run

Located in Abingdon, Harford County, The Village at Winters Run is a community of 270+ town homes. The Village at Winters Run is conveniently located near I-95 and Bel Air, yet maintains a secluded feel due to its location along the local river that the community gets its name from.

Abbott's Place

Located between the Canton waterfront and Patterson Park, Abbott's Place was the re-development of an historic, industrial building into 4 multi-story condominiums featuring indoor parking and roof top decks.

River's Knot

Located in Carney, Baltimore County, River’s Knot is a community of 16 single family homes. This community is ideally located minutes from 695, Towson and White Marsh.

Woodcrest

Located off of Mountain Road in Fallston, Woodcrest is a single family home community. Ruppert Homes, Inc. built several custom homes in this community.

Sherlock Homes Estates

Located a short drive past the Liberty Reservoir in Carroll County, Sherlock Homes Estates was a suburban, single family home community. Ruppert Homes, Inc. was one of several home builders to build 2 story, colonial homes in this community.

Taylors Meadows

Located in Kingsville, Taylors Meadows was a custom home community. With homesites ranging from 2 to 7 acres, these prestigous homes offer a country setting while being a short commute across the Gunpowder River to Perry Hall and the White Marsh Town Center.

King Avenue

Located just outside of the Baltimore Beltway, King Avenue featured 3 homesites up to 1 acre. Across the street is a Baltimore County park.

Leonard Court

Located just off of the Honeygo Boulevard in Perry Hall, Leonard Court featured 5 single family homes.

Pleasant Hills

Located off of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills, Ruppert Homes, Inc. completed the last section of townhomes in the Pleasant Hills community. These 2 story townhomes featured brick and siding exteriors and were close to employment centers, restaurants and retail located along Reisterstown Road.

Broad Run

Located in Perry Hall, the 12 colonial style homes at Broad Run have quick access to the Honeygo Boulevard and I-95, yet are walking distance to the Gunpowder State Park.

Lyonswood

Located in Owings Mills, Lyonswood was a suburban community only a few short miles from the Owings Mills Town Center, Baltimore's Northwest Extension (I-795) and Owings Mills Metro Subway Station. This community featured 2 story, colonial homes typical throughout Baltimore County.

Prospect Point

Located on Fleet Street in the historic neighborhood of Fells Point, Prospect Point was an in-fill project of 11 homes. These 3 story, brick townhomes featured all of the modern conveniences of new construction while incorporating Art Deco architecture elements to reflect on the previous building that occupied this property.
